Melt flow rate is referred to as melting finger in this paper.Finger height is the reaction of the polymer in the high temperature processing molten state of the flow performance of the melt, the higher the melt, the better the flow.In the production process, under the same technological conditions, the higher the melting finger of raw materials, the more material through the mold per unit time, the thicker the thickness of products.R1-1 is a stable and efficient fusion regulator for PP and PE.In the high temperature environment,R1-1 disintegrates into small molecules, acting on the molecular chain segment, changing the molecular structure and intermolecular force, changing the viscosity and strength of the melt during processing, and finally playing the role of adjusting the melting finger and improving the processing performance of plastics.
DownloadUsage: R1-1 must be mixed with raw materials before use.For example, 1000kg of raw materials need to be processed, and the additive amount is 0.3%.Namely, weigh 3kg of R1-1, stir 1000kg of raw materials with R1-1 fully and evenly with horizontal mixer or other types of mixing equipment, and then transport the raw materials mixed with R1-1 evenly to the processing equipment for granulation or product processing.
Caution: avoid contact with iron, copper and other metals, avoid to use together with reducing agents (such as amine), acid, alkali and heavy metal compounds (such as desiccant, accelerant, fatty acid salt), consult relevant technical personnel.
