Recruitment position: Plastic Modification R&D Engineer

Job Requirements:
1. Responsible for plastic product research and development, formulation, experiment, trial production, process adjustment, and guide production.
2. Responsible for analyzing and solving product quality problems.
3. Responsible for the development of new products designated by the company and the improvement of old products.
4. Responsible for the design and optimization of product technical formula, the formulation of production process parameter files, etc.
5. Responsible for customer service technical support and assist the business in solving customer technical problems.
6. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
7. Responsible for the selection of plastic modification equipment and the determination of product schemes, and the drafting of related research and development patents.
